What do we offer?

The possibility to introduce foreign, national, or nationalized goods, with the benefit of deferring foreign trade taxes thanks to our IVA and IEPS certification, which allows companies to postpone payments and compliance with non-tariff restrictions and regulations such as NOMS until the goods leave the enclosure, providing speed, flexibility, and liquidity.

Under this regime, companies can carry out various customs operations, such as storage, transformation, assembly, and manufacturing.

No special permits from the Ministry of Economy are required for import/export.

The specific tariff code (HTS) of the goods does not need to be declared; they are introduced using a generic tariff code.

Any type of goods can be stored, except for hydrocarbons.

Transfers between IMMEX- RFE companies can be made.

The goods can be destined for the national territory or returned to a foreign country in a different condition or in their original condition.
